The ideal referral is one that a woman feels able to make herself through our 24 hour help line. The 24 hour help line means that we are available to offer support every day of the year, overnight and weekends.
We recognise that it may be scary or intimidating to make that first call yourself, so if you would like to have a trusted friend or professional with you that's fine.
For professionals making a referral please download the referral form to enable you to gather the information that we will need when you ring it through to the help line.
